Catalytic Recognition Statements (CRS) and Phase Conjugate CRS (PCCRS)

This library provides public access to a selection of The Mirrorfield Method CRS statements.

They are examples, not prescriptions.

Each one demonstrates how identity-based distortion reveals itself and how clarity re-establishes movement once the mislogic becomes visible.

The CRS Library has four functions:

  1. Education — to show what distortion looks like when mapped
  2. Demonstration — to show how CRS language works
  3. Self-study — to help individuals recognise their own patterns
  4. Research — to support academic inquiry into identity and distortion mechanics

CRS statements follow a strict four-line structure:

  1. I used to… (past pattern)
  2. Because… (mislogic)
  3. But… (identity driver)
  4. Now… (clarity without identity)

Phase Conjugate CRS expresses the same logic mechanically, without narrative or self-reference.

Anti-forms expose collapse and should never be used alone.

This library will grow over time, with new CRS entries added as the field evolves and the research base expands.
